A special highlight of our Spring Dinner Collection is the ATELIER Baobab bowl. Each piece is completely handbuilt from coloured porcelain and is truly one of a kind. Perfect for desserts or ice cream, it pairs beautifully with the handcrafted ATELIER spoon.

DESIGN CONCEPT

The Baobab Dessert Bowl is inspired by organic, cloud-like formations and the powerful silhouette of the baobab tree. Its softly rounded structure is built from small, circular impressions that come together in a sculptural form, while the base echoes the strength of a tree trunk. The result is a piece that feels both natural and expressive, perfect for serving desserts or ice cream.

MATERIAL & TECHNIQUE
Each bowl is handbuilt from plastic Limoges porcelain rather than cast. The porcelain is carefully coloured by hand, kneaded thoroughly to achieve an even, fully pigmented body. The interior surface is glazed for food use, while the exterior remains matte and unglazed, highlighting the raw, tactile quality of the material.
